Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- tarragon
- Orange and lemon zest (grated)
- Onion(s), diced, sautéed in wine and drained (squeeze)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Thyme
- chives
- capers
- anchovies
- curry
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Stir all the ingredients into room-temperature butter. Then let the butter solidify again in the refrigerator. It tastes delicious with steaks (something different from the usual herb butter).
