Tarragon goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • ½ pear(s), ripe
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 stalks of tarragon
  • ½ tsp pepper berries, pink, pink
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then remove. Meanwhile, wash the pear, dry it, and cut it into tiny cubes, removing the core. Immediately toss the pear cubes with the lemon juice. Wash the tarragon and shake it dry, pick off the leaves, and finely chop them. Roughly chop the pink peppercorns and mix them with the goat cheese along with the pear and tarragon. Season the cheese cream with salt and pepper and fold in the pine nuts.
