- 1 sheet(s) of puff pastry, round
- 2 tbsp oil (nut oil)
- 150 g blue cheese to taste
- 2 bulb(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
The choice of blue cheese influences the taste decisively
Line a 24 cm baking pan with puff pastry and form edges. Brush with nut oil and prick with a fork. Spread the blue cheese on top. Slice the pears thickly and arrange on top. Layer the whole spring onions between them. Brush with honey and drizzle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
