- 1 pack of puff pastry (300 g)
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 400g Gorgonzola
- 500 g grapes
- 6 eggs
- ¼ liter of milk
- 200 g whipped cream
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper

Thaw the puff pastry sheets, roll them out slightly, and place them on a baking sheet. Press the edges down slightly. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the base is golden yellow. Slice the leek into thin rings. Halve and deseed the grapes. Shred the Gorgonzola. Spread these ingredients on the pre-baked puff pastry. Mix the eggs, cream, and milk well, season generously with pepper, salt, and nutmeg, and pour over the cake. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
