delicious, vegetarian and healthy – it’s also fun to use the beautiful, colorful ingredients
Knead the flour, butter, an egg, and a pinch of salt into a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and fry them in a pan with olive oil, pepper, and salt. It’s best to add the onions and garlic first, then the stalks, and finally the leaves. Mix the cream with the milk, cheese, pepper, salt, and the remaining two eggs. Spread the dough thinly into a dish, pulling up some of the edges. First add the vegetables, then the cheese and cream mixture. Cut a tomato into thin slices and arrange them decoratively on top. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
