- 2 Msp Mustard
- 3 Msp Caper brew
- 10 Sch. Toast
- 200 g Grated mozzarella
- 200 g Sliced goat cheese
- 1 Pc. Shallot

- First, the beef fillet is cut into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick from the piece. Stack about 3 slices on top of each other and then cut lengthways into strips about 0.5 thick. - Top the toast with mozzarella and goat cheese and put another toast on top. Grill this in the contact grill or in the pan on each side for about 2 minutes over high heat until golden yellow.
- Spread the tartare on the sandwich. Add a pinch of pepper and spread the shallot strips with 8 capers per sandwich. Cut the sandwich lengthways and crossways and serve.
