Tartare on Grilled Cheese Sandwich

The perfect tartare on grilled cheese sandwich recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Beef fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Msp Mustard
  • 3 Msp Caper brew
  • 10 Sch. Toast
  • 200 g Grated mozzarella
  • 200 g Sliced ​​goat cheese
  • 1 Pc. Shallot
  • 40 Pc. Capers
  1. First, the beef fillet is cut into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick from the piece. Stack about 3 slices on top of each other and then cut lengthways into strips about 0.5 thick. Finally cut the strips crosswise into thin cubes. Put all of this in a small container, add salt and pepper in equal amounts. Add the mustard and caper stock. Mix everything well so that a light mass is formed.
  2. Top the toast with mozzarella and goat cheese and put another toast on top. Grill this in the contact grill or in the pan on each side for about 2 minutes over high heat until golden yellow.
  3. Spread the tartare on the sandwich. Add a pinch of pepper and spread the shallot strips with 8 capers per sandwich. Cut the sandwich lengthways and crossways and serve.
