Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g bacon cubes
  • 100 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g gratin cheese
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

First, make a dough from flour, water, oil, and salt. Knead it well and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Stir in the sour cream until creamy and season with salt and pepper. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Then spread the sour cream on top and sprinkle the surface with diced bacon, salmon, finely chopped spring onions, and cheese. Now fold the tarte flambée over and press the edges together with a fork to create a nice calzone. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack or on the grill for a good 20 minutes.
