Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with puff pastry

Spread 1 cup of sour cream and pepper the puff pastry. Sprinkle diced ham over the top to give the rolls plenty of salt! Dice the leek and sprinkle over the rolls. Mix the egg yolk with the milk. Roll up the rectangular pastry from the long side and brush the end with the egg wash to prevent the roll from opening. Using a large, sharp knife, cut approximately 1 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes using top/bottom heat. Note: The dough should also be cooked through in the middle; then the golden brown tarte flambée rolls are ready.
