Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 slices of toast
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pack of diced ham (smoked ham or bacon), approx. 150 g
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread it on the toast. Sprinkle the diced onions and bacon on the toast and bake the tarte flambée at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Serve with a green salad.
