Pizza rolls à la Nina
Preheat a convection oven to 150°C. Halve the rolls. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Then finely chop the remaining ingredients and fold in. Season to taste. Spread the mixture on the rolls (a heaped tablespoon per half) and bake until brown and crispy – this takes about 8-10 minutes in my oven. You can serve it with a green salad. These rolls are great for eating on the couch, but also as a party snack or a “normal” lunch or dinner. Most of the ingredients can be varied from whatever you have in your fridge, but I like this version best. It also works well if you spread the roll halves thinly with herb butter beforehand.
