Tarte flambée with goat cheese and pear

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 200 ml sour cream 24% fat
  • 3 tbsp milk 3.8% fat
  • some salt and pepper
  • 300 g tarte flambée dough, fresh
  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Wash the pears, remove the cores, and cut into thin wedges. Mix the sour cream with the milk until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and spread the sour cream mixture on top. Arrange the pears and onions on top. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes and spread evenly over the tarte flambée. Cover the edges generously. Bake the tarte flambée for 20 minutes, then drizzle with honey and bake for another 5 minutes.
