Tarte flambée with pumpkin and smoked salmon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of tarte flambée dough
  • 150 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 150 g Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • some gratin cheese
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped parsley, fresh, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp, stalked dill, chopped

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Whisk together the herb cream cheese and sour cream until creamy and spread evenly over the dough. Finely grate the pumpkin. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Spread both over the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the smoked salmon into strips. After 13 minutes, remove the baking sheet, turn off the heat, spread the salmon strips over the dough, and sprinkle with the gratin cheese. Return to the oven for another 2 minutes. Serve on plates and sprinkle with the parsley and some dill.
