Make your own tarte flambée dough and roll it out very thinly, or buy already thin dough and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the goat’s cheese thinly over the dough with a knife. Drain the red cabbage well and spread it over the dough with a fork. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces by hand and sprinkle it over the tarte flambée. Finally, sprinkle with some dried thyme. Bake the tarte flambée in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. The tarte flambée is ready when the edges are golden brown. If you like, you can sprinkle a few sprouts over the tarte flambée.
