Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g salmon fillet(s)
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin or dry sherry
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
with soy sauce and mirin or sherry
Combine all ingredients except the salmon to make the marinade. Marinate the salmon in the teriyaki marinade for at least 1 hour, preferably longer. Preheat oven to 230°C (top/bottom heat). Cook the salmon on a baking sheet for 15 minutes, brushing it regularly with the marinade. Serve with baguette or rice and the remaining marinade.
