Texan-style minced steak

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 600 g minced beef steak(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 slices of processed cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some pepper
  • some salt
  • some apple cider or oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and finely chop the onions. Clean, dry, and chop the parsley. Combine the minced steak with the eggs and onions. Knead the chopped parsley and pepper into the meat mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and the crushed garlic clove. Dice half of the cheese and knead it into the meat mixture. Form the mixture into meatballs according to your taste. Top the meatballs with the remaining cheese in the pan and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes with the lid closed.
