Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 clove(s) garlic (squeezed)
  • 2 bananas
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the bell peppers into strips and the leeks into slices. Brown the minced meat in a little oil. Add the vegetables and garlic and sauté. Season with soy sauce, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Deglaze with the stock. Slice the bananas and add them after 5 minutes. Cover the minced meat and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
