Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g herb curd
- 1 egg(s)
- 40 g oat bran
- 15 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 15 g psyllium husks
- salt and pepper
- Breadcrumbs for turning
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Combine all ingredients. Shape the mixture into a schnitzel of the desired shape and then roll it in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with a little oil over medium heat, otherwise the patty will brown too quickly. When the desired degree of browning is achieved (about 3 minutes on each side), the schnitzel is ready. This basic recipe also works wonderfully for stuffed schnitzels.
