The 7 Healthiest Foods of July: The Natural Gifts of the Month

July is a very fruitful month, which brings us a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. These gifts of the earth strengthen the immune system and replenish the need for vitamins.


Zucchinis ripen in vegetable gardens beginning in early July. This is a very tasty, nutritious, and low-calorie vegetable. Zucchinis are very useful because they are easy to digest, remove toxins from the body, and stimulate the intestines. This vegetable is very useful for the skin, kidneys, liver, and brain.


Cherries and cherries replace strawberries in July. Just a handful of berries a day will make you healthier and fill you with energy. Cherries have anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties, are good for the brain and nervous system and contain a lot of fiber. It is a very tasty base for pies, competes, and jams.

These mushrooms are valuable because of their high content of vitamins PP, B, C, E, and D. They are rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, and easily digestible amino acids. Podberozoviki is most often stewed with meat, porridge, and vegetables. They can be dried or pickled for the winter. Note that mushrooms are not recommended for children under 7 years of age.
