July is a very fruitful month, which brings us a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. These gifts of the earth strengthen the immune system and replenish the need for vitamins.

Zucchini

Zucchinis ripen in vegetable gardens beginning in early July. This is a very tasty, nutritious, and low-calorie vegetable. Zucchinis are very useful because they are easy to digest, remove toxins from the body, and stimulate the intestines. This vegetable is very useful for the skin, kidneys, liver, and brain.

Cherry

Cherries and cherries replace strawberries in July. Just a handful of berries a day will make you healthier and fill you with energy.
