Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard or other mustard to taste
- some milk
- 2 eggs, hard or soft boiled, possibly 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Place the mustard in a bowl and mix with enough milk until the dressing is as thick as you like. Cut the eggs into pieces and serve with the dressing. This recipe tastes great with both hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs. You can adjust it to your liking.
