- 2 eggs, boiled
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- 1 tsp butter
- n. B. Salt
- e.g. chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the eggs and dice them with an egg slicer or a knife. Finely chop the chives and mix them with the warm eggs and the remaining ingredients, adding salt to taste. Delicious on its own or on brown bread!
