The Hollywood Diet

The Hollywood diet allows you to eat a wide range of foods compared to other diets, but you also need to give up many foods. Among dairy products, you can eat low-fat cottage cheese and kefir. Protein should be eaten in any form: eggs, fish, meat. As a side dish, it is recommended to eat vegetables, which are best steamed or baked.

For dessert, have fruit, preferably citrus fruits, because they contain substances that speed up metabolism.

The Hollywood diet helps you lose 4-6 kg in a week. The diet is low-calorie, so you can’t follow it for more than a week. Weight loss is achieved by avoiding sweets, flour, salty and fatty foods.

Day 1 of the Hollywood diet

Breakfast: the same every day: 2 oranges and a glass of coffee or tea.
Lunch: tomato, 1 chicken or 2 quail eggs, a cup of coffee or green tea (preferably).
Dinner: cucumber or cabbage salad, 1 chicken or 2 quail eggs, half a grapefruit.

Day 2 of the Hollywood diet

Lunch: grapefruit, 1 chicken or 2 quail eggs, green tea (occasionally coffee) – according to the same principle on which the grapefruit diet is based.
Dinner: 200 g of boiled low-fat beef, cucumber, green tea (occasionally coffee).

Day 3 of the Hollywood diet

Lunch: tomato or cucumber or cabbage salad, 1 chicken or 2 quail eggs, green tea (occasionally coffee).
Dinner: 200 g of boiled low-fat beef, cucumber, green tea (occasionally coffee).

Day 4 of the Hollywood diet

Lunch: cucumber or cabbage salad, grapefruit, green tea (occasionally coffee).
Dinner: 1 chicken or 2 quail eggs, 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese, green tea (occasionally coffee).

Day 5 of the Hollywood diet

Lunch: 1 chicken or 2 quail eggs, cucumber or cabbage salad, green tea (occasionally coffee).
Dinner: 200 g of boiled fish, cucumber or cabbage salad, green tea (occasionally coffee).

Day 6 of the Hollywood diet

Lunch: fruit salad (apple, orange and grapefruit).
Dinner: 200 g of boiled low-fat beef, cucumber or cabbage salad, green tea (occasionally coffee).

Day 7 of the Hollywood diet

Lunch: 200 g of boiled chicken, cucumber or cabbage salad, grapefruit or orange, green tea (occasionally coffee).
Dinner: fruit salad (apple, orange and grapefruit).

The advantage of the Hollywood diet is a significant amount of weight lost. But you also need to weigh the disadvantages: the Hollywood diet involves a small amount of calories consumed, so there is a significant loss of strength and increased nervousness. You should also remember the consequences of giving up salt and sugar.
