Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 12 slices of bacon
- 70 g spinach (baby spinach)
- 30 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line 4 soufflé dishes with the bacon and divide the spinach between the dishes. Season with salt and pepper. Crack an egg into each dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 9 minutes. Then remove the dishes, remove the aluminum foil, and divide the Parmesan cheese between the dishes. Bake for another 4 minutes, until the Parmesan is lightly browned.
