Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slice(s) ribs, thick
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the meat slices and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then brush with oil. Place the meat slices on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. This goes well with coleslaw and baguette, or potato salad.
