Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime(s), grated peel
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 60 g almond sticks
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 100 g dates
  • 1 egg(s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Party balls, mini meatballs

Roast the almonds without fat. Finely dice the onion, garlic, and chili and fry in oil until translucent. Add them to a bowl with the almonds. Pit the dates, finely dice them, and place them in a bowl with the minced meat and egg. Add the diced ingredients, almonds, mustard, and lime zest. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Knead everything together well. Form into small balls. Coat in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan.
