Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 thick ribs in slices
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers
- ½ liter broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 200 ml cream
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
from the oven
Season the ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry sauce and sear. Place them in a roasting pan. Cook in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 1 hour. Then add 1/2 liter of broth. After 1 1/2 hours, add 2 onions and 2 bell peppers, sliced or sliced. Continue cooking uncovered. After 2 hours, remove the ribs. Mix the flour, mustard, and cream well in a bowl. Pour into the roasting pan, stirring constantly. Season with 3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Add the ribs back in and heat through. Delicious with pasta or rice.
