- 300 g flour
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 bunch of thyme

vegan and simple
Pluck the thyme. Combine the flour, water, salt, and thyme in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then roll the dough into a sausage shape and cut it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece out with a rolling pin and fry in a dry pan at high heat for about 1 minute per side. Perfect as a side dish to a starter or main course, or as a snack with a homemade dip.
