Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 20 g red bell pepper(s)
- 2 small gherkins (cornichons)
- 6 tbsp whipped cream
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 can of corn
- 200 g feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the bell peppers and gherkins. Stir in the mayonnaise, tomato paste, and cream until a creamy dressing forms. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Hard-boil the eggs, rinse well, peel, and chop. Chop the tomatoes, feta, and cucumber. Place the eggs and vegetables in a salad bowl along with the sweetcorn. Tear the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Finally, pour the dressing over the eggs and mix everything well.
