- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 spring onion(s), green part
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp water, hot

Vegan, for spring and summer rolls
Sesame Dip: Mix all ingredients, transfer to a container, and garnish with sesame seeds. Soy Dip: Mix all ingredients, transfer to a container, and garnish with sliced spring onions. Peanut Dip: Mix all ingredients. If the dip is too thick, thin with a little hot water. Transfer to a container and garnish with chopped peanuts.
