Three Kinds of Hash Browns with Budwig Quark

Ingredients
 

For the curd

  • 200 g Grated zucchini
  • 200 g Grated potatoes
  • 1 size Grate the onion
  • 1 size Vegetable salt *
  • Oil for frying
  • 250 g Organic low-fat quark
  • 6 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 1 Sip Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 1 small Vegetable salt *
  • 1 oragne Paprika, diced into small pieces

Instructions
 

  • Put the grated vegetables in a bowl, mix the vegetable salt with the vegetables and let it steep for a few minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the hash browns to the oil (I used coconut oil) with two spoons, press down a little and fry, each side for about 4 minutes, then turn the hash browns.

To the quark

  • Put the quark in a bowl, the oil, the milk and the turmeric, stir in the diced paprika and onion and let everything steep.
  • * The vegetable salt is self-made, look in my Kb under "supplies" there you will find several.
