Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

For the paprika cream, wash, peel, and deseed the peppers. Cut into 4 pieces and bake in the oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, until the skin begins to blacken. Remove the peppers, cover briefly with a wet cloth, and then peel off the skin. Separately, puree the peppers very finely in a food processor and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
