Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pineapple pulp
- 200 g cucumber(s) (organic)
- ½ tsp ginger, finely grated
- 1 chili pepper(s), pitted, amount according to taste and spiciness
- 200 ml coconut water
- some lime juice
Instructions

refreshing, with a slight spiciness
Cut the pineapple and the thoroughly rinsed, unpeeled cucumber into chunks and blend them in a blender with the grated ginger, chili, and coconut water. Season with lime juice. Be sure to use chilled ingredients for a very refreshing drink.
