Pineapple-cucumber smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pineapple pulp
  • 200 g cucumber(s) (organic)
  • ½ tsp ginger, finely grated
  • 1 chili pepper(s), pitted, amount according to taste and spiciness
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • some lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

refreshing, with a slight spiciness

Cut the pineapple and the thoroughly rinsed, unpeeled cucumber into chunks and blend them in a blender with the grated ginger, chili, and coconut water. Season with lime juice. Be sure to use chilled ingredients for a very refreshing drink.
