Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cm ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp, heaped garam masala
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 bunch coriander, fresh
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • possibly chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend into a paste. It’s perfect for any Indian dish prepared with sauce. It can be stored in the refrigerator, covered with oil and tightly sealed, for 2-3 weeks.
