Ingredients
 

  • 4 Discs Toast
  • 4 Discs Pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Discs Boiled ham
  • 4 Discs Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tsp Lingonberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven grill. Roast the toast slices in the toaster until golden brown. Let the pineapple drain. Place the toast slices on a baking sheet, brush with the butter. Cover each with 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of pineapple and 1 slice of cheese Serve garnished with a teaspoon of cranberry jam.
