This toast is perfect if you want to surprise your loved ones with a good-mood breakfast. Decorate the edge of a buttered slice of toast with beaten egg white using a piping nozzle. Carefully place the raw egg yolk in the center, and then bake the toast in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for about 5 minutes.
