  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 slice(s) bread(s) (strong mixed bread)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toast the bread and immediately rub it with the garlic clove. Halve the garlic clove and rub the cut side over the slices of bread. Slice the tomatoes and place them on the bread, season with salt and pepper. Slice the feta cheese and spread it over the bread.
