Today All Veggi from Wok
The perfect today all veggi from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth h.i.KB
- 750 ml Water
- 1 piece Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 piece Medium sized carrot
- 750 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Red Pepper fresh
- 1 yellow Pepper fresh
- 1 packet Veggie cheese
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 1 shot Sesame oil
- Salt pepper
Cooking rice …
- To do this, put the water in a saucepan, add the vegetable stock and add the rice. Then bring everything to a boil, reduce the heat and let the rice simmer very gently until it is cooked through. Drain the cooked rice and set aside.
Cooking vegetables …
- Peel and wash the kohlrabi and carrots. Put both through the Genius vegetable cutter and cook the cubes in the vegetable stock until they are firm to the bite. Pass through a sieve and also set aside.
Cut peppers …
- To do this, wash the pods, remove the seeds, cut very small and set aside like the other.
- Now the Veggieberkäse – I didn’t know how good a meat substitute could taste – cut into small pieces, cut the onion and stir everything in the wok with the sesame oil. Then gradually add the vegetables and finally stir in the rice.
- Season the whole thing with salt & pepper. I added a few dried Italian herbs.
- I had made a cucumber salad and a romaine salad with the wok dish, with oil and vinegar (woodruff vinegar and strawberry vinegar) ….. really “veggi” and it was very tasty. Pictures included
