Ingredients
 

  • 15 piece Rolls old
  • 6 piece Free range eggs
  • 3 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • 800 g Eggerlings
  • 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Porcini mushroom powder
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 0,5 liter Milk

Instructions
 

Bread dumplings

  • Cut the rolls into thin slices with the bread machine.
  • Put in a bowl and mix with the eggs, salt and parsley and lukewarm milk.
  • Form into dumplings. Put a saucepan with water. If you have Amc, you can only cook the dumplings with steam, so the taste remains more intense. Who does not have to cook the dumplings in water, about 20 minutes.

Mushroom sauce

  • In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Cut the onions into small pieces. And fry them in a pan.
