Ingredients
 

Bavarian meat loaf:

  • 1 pack Bavarian meat loaf (meat loaf) 500 g

Orange cauliflower:

  • 1 Orange cauliflower 1000 g / cleaned approx. 500 g
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill

Mashed potatoes:

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cooking cream
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 big pinch Grated nutmeg

Serve:

  • 3 Radish
  • 3 tbsp Sweet mustard

Instructions
 

Bavarian meat loaf:

  • Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Remove the folio and stickers from the aluminum tray. Roast meat loaf in the aluminum dish in a preheated oven at 1150 ° C for approx. 40 - 50 minutes, remove, turn out of the mold, let it rest a little and cut into slices (5 - 2 cm thick).

Orange cauliflower:

  • Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets and cook in salted water (2 teaspoons of salt) for about 10 minutes. Drain through a kitchen sieve and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches).

Mashed potatoes:

  • Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes. Boil the potato cubes in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, drain, add butter (1 tbsp), cooking cream (1 tbsp), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and grated nutmeg (1 big pinch) and with Work through / mash through the potato masher.

Serve:

  • Serve 2 slices of Bavarian meatloaf with orange cauliflower florets, mashed potatoes and a dollop of sweet mustard (1 tbsp), each garnished with a radish.
