baked in the deep fryer

Soak the chia seeds in 6 tablespoons of water for 15 minutes. Mix the tofu with all other ingredients and the soaked chia seeds thoroughly. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then, with slightly damp hands, form 16 equal-sized balls. Deep fry them in a deep fryer at 180°C for about 5 minutes. Serve with salad of your choice, tomato relish, and some bread. A sweet and spicy Asian dip also works well instead of the tomato relish.
