Tofu – corn – pot

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g tofu, natural
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • sesame oil
  • 6 tsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the tofu, slice the bell peppers into thin strips, finely dice the onions, and chop the chili pepper. Fry the tofu, diced onions, and chili pepper in hot oil until lightly crusted. Then add the curry powder, cayenne pepper, and crushed garlic and fry briefly. Stir in the bell pepper strips, corn, and tomatoes, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with flatbread or baguette.
