Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g natural tofu
- 3 tbsp flour
- 80 g cheese substitute (vegan feta cheese)
- ½ tsp garlic powder or fresh, finely chopped garlic
- ½ tsp salt or 2 tsp tofu seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp tahini, almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Patties, simple and vegan
Knead the tofu, cheese substitute, flour, garlic, and salt (or alternatively, the tofu seasoning mix) into a dough. Form into about 10 small patties and fry until golden brown on both sides. For the dip, mix all ingredients together. Add a little more water, depending on the consistency. Serve the patties with the dip.
