Tofu-Feta Crossies

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g natural tofu
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 80 g cheese substitute (vegan feta cheese)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or fresh, finely chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp salt or 2 tsp tofu seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp tahini, almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Patties, simple and vegan

Knead the tofu, cheese substitute, flour, garlic, and salt (or alternatively, the tofu seasoning mix) into a dough. Form into about 10 small patties and fry until golden brown on both sides. For the dip, mix all ingredients together. Add a little more water, depending on the consistency. Serve the patties with the dip.
