Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g macaroni, short
- salt and pepper
- 1 small bunch of wild garlic
- 50 g chorizo, skinless, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, approx. 100 g
- 1 tbsp olive oil

For the macaroni, bring plenty of water to a boil and add salt. Wash the wild garlic, pat dry, and cut the stalks into thin strips. Cut the chorizo into thin strips. Wash and trim the zucchini, cut lengthwise into 4-5 slices, then cut these crosswise into strips. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chorizo strips for one minute. Add the zucchini strips and fry for another minute. Continue frying both for another 2-3 minutes, stirring, then fold in half of the wild garlic. Carefully season everything with salt and pepper. Drain the macaroni in a sieve, let it drain, and stir into the chorizo mixture. Sprinkle the remaining wild garlic over the top. Serve everything in the pan. 615 kcal per serving.
