Macaroni with wild garlic and chorizo

  • 250 g macaroni, short

  • 1 small bunch of wild garlic
  • 50 g chorizo, skinless, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, approx. 100 g
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the macaroni, bring plenty of water to a boil and add salt. Wash the wild garlic, pat dry, and cut the stalks into thin strips. Cut the chorizo ​​into thin strips. Wash and trim the zucchini, cut lengthwise into 4-5 slices, then cut these crosswise into strips. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chorizo ​​strips for one minute. Add the zucchini strips and fry for another minute. Continue frying both for another 2-3 minutes, stirring, then fold in half of the wild garlic. Carefully season everything with salt and pepper. Drain the macaroni in a sieve, let it drain, and stir into the chorizo ​​mixture. Sprinkle the remaining wild garlic over the top. Serve everything in the pan. 615 kcal per serving.
