Cod cooked in a potato steamer, ideal for singles

Thaw the cod fillet, if frozen. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Now, do not overfill the bottom of the potato steamer with water, as this will cook the fish. Place the fish on the perforated basket, sprinkle with savory, and steam with the lid closed for about 20 minutes. Tip: If you don’t have a potato steamer, place the fish in a sieve, place it over boiling water, and cover with a lid. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Caramelize the sugar in a small saucepan, add the orange juice and red wine. Reduce by half, then whisk in ice-cold butter. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with potato sticks cooked in salted water.
