Tomato and zucchini pan on salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can cherry tomatoes or pizza tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 shallots
  • 100 g asparagus, green
  • ½ head of lettuce, e.g. iceberg lettuce
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick vegetarian with asparagus

Chop the shallots and fry them in a little oil. Cut the zucchini and asparagus into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Now add the tomatoes and simmer. Wash the lettuce and arrange it in a bowl. Pour the tomato sauce over the lettuce.
