- 1 dashes walnut oil or rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bacon and egg toast, perfect for festivals and otherwise
Use a cup to poke a hole into the sandwich toast. Fry the bacon in a pan with the oil, then tear it into small pieces and set aside. Place the poked toast in the pan, leaving some bacon fat on it. Crack the egg and pour it into the hole in the toast. Sprinkle the bacon pieces into the still-runny egg. Fry on both sides until the toast is golden brown.
