Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (pepper, paprika…a little hotter)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- some basil
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
- possibly chili pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pasta sauce with a twist
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Sauté them in hot olive oil. Simmer over low heat for a while. Add the cream cheese and finely chopped basil. Season with salt, pepper, and Fondor. If you want it a little spicier, you can add half a chili pepper (carefully).
