Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 small pickled cucumbers, fresh
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ukrainian cuisine

Chop all ingredients, season with salt, vinegar, and oil, stir, and serve. This salad is very quick to prepare, a kind of “homemade fast food,” and always tastes refreshingly summery. Such salads are never seasoned with sugar in Ukraine. Dill is the most popular herb in Ukraine and is found in many Ukrainian dishes.
