Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 small tomatoes
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- some oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic clove and briefly fry it in oil, then add the tomatoes and fry for about 2 minutes. Dice the feta cheese and add it. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes and then serve with the pasta (preferably fusilli or penne).
