Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 package of feta cheese
- ½ cup cream
- 100 ml milk
- Parsley or basil, chopped
- pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
tastes good with rice or noodles
Dice the zucchini and fry in oil until golden brown. Then remove from the pan. Bring the milk and cream to a boil in the pan and add the diced feta. Simmer until the cheese softens and begins to melt. Add herbs to taste and return the zucchini to the pan. Season with pepper. Salt is probably not necessary due to the feta.
