Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 600 g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • some thyme
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 36 g Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Similar to pizza

Knead the flour with eggs, oil, salt, and water thoroughly and let the dough rest for one hour. Then roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with chives, thyme, milk, crème fraîche, and Parmesan cheese. Season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Slice the tomatoes. Cover the dough with the tomatoes and pour the egg mixture evenly over the dough. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
